Mr Paul Chapman

Non Executive Chairman
Paul is a chartered accountant with over thirty years experience in the resources sector gained in Australia and the United States. Paul has experience across a range of commodity businesses including gold, nickel, uranium, manganese, bauxite/alumina and oil/gas. Paul has held managing director and other senior management roles in public companies. Paul was a founding shareholder and/or director of the following ASX listed companies: Reliance Mining, Encounter Resources, Rex Minerals, Silver Lake Resources, Paringa Resources, Dreadnought Resources and Avanco Resources. Paul is non-executive Chairman of ASX listed gold explorer Black Cat Resources (ASX:BC8) and copper/gold explorer Dreadnought Resources (ASX:DRE).
Mr Will Robinson
Mr Robinson has worked in the resources industry in Australia and Canada for over twenty years. Mr Robinson’s experience includes senior management roles at a large international resources company and executive roles in the junior mining and exploration sector. Mr Robinson is former president of the resources industry advocacy body, the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC) and a member of the UNCOVER Australian Executive Committee. Mr Robinson is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board at the Centre for Exploration Targeting, a partnership between the University of Western Australia, Curtin University and the minerals Industry and was a member of the Australian Federal Government’s ‘Resources 2030’ Taskforce.
Mr Peter Bewick
B.Eng (Hons), MAusIMM
Mr Peter Bewick is a geologist with over 25 years of industry experience. Mr Bewick held a number of senior mine and exploration geological roles during a fourteen year career with WMC include Exploration Manager and Geology Manager of the Kambalda Nickel Operations and Exploration Manager for St Ives Gold Operations. He also held corporate roles with WMC as Exploration Manager for the Nickel Business Unit and Exploration Manager for North America based in Denver, Colorado. Mr Bewick has extensive experience in project generation for a range of commodities including nickel, gold, copper and bauxite. Mr Bewick has been a member of the MERIWA Exploration Advisory Committee since 2013.
Dr Jon Hronsky OAM
BAppSci, PhD, MAusIMM, FSEG

Dr. Hronsky has more than thirty five years of experience in the mineral exploration industry, primarily focused on project generation, technical innovation and exploration strategy development. Dr. Hronsky has particular expertise in targeting for nickel and gold deposits, but has worked across a diverse range of commodities. His work led to the discovery of the West Musgrave nickel sulfide province in Western Australia. Dr. Hronsky was previously Manager-Strategy & Generative Services for BHP Billiton Mineral Exploration and prior to that, he was Global Geoscience Leader for WMC Resources Ltd. He is currently a Director of exploration consulting group Western Mining Services and an Adjunct Professor at the Centre for Exploration Targeting at the University of Western Australia. Jon is also a Director of ASX-listed company Cassini Resources and a Partner in Ibaera Capital, a private equity group.
Mr Philip Crutchfield

Mr Crutchfield is a prominent and highly respected barrister specialising in commercial law. Since 2015, Philip has been Non-Executive Chairman of financial services company Zip Co Limited (ASX:Z1P). Mr Crutchfield is a board member of the Geelong Grammar School Council, Bell Shakespeare Theatre Company and the Victorian Bar Foundation Limited. Philip is also a former partner of Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons). Philip is a senior barrister practising in commercial law and was admitted to practice in 1988.
Mr Kevin Hart
Mr Hart is a chartered accountant and was appointed to the position of Company Secretary on 4 November 2005. He has over 30 years’ experience in accounting and the management and administration of public listed entities in the mining and exploration industry. He is currently a partner in an advisory firm, Endeavour Corporate, which specialises in the provision of company secretarial and accounting services to ASX listed entities.
Mr Dan Travers
B.Sc (Hons), FCCA
Mr Travers is a member of the Association of Chartered Certifed Accountants and was appointed to the position of Joint Company Secretary on 20 November 2008. He is an employee of Endeavour Corporate, which specialises in the provision of company secretarial services to ASX listed entities in the mining and exploration industry.
