Mr Will Robinson
B.Comm, MAusIMM
Executive Chairman
Mr Robinson is a senior resources industry executive with over 25 years’ experience in Australia and North America. Mr Robinson’s experience includes senior commercial, business development and commodity marketing roles at WMC Resources Limited and executive roles with ASX listed companies in base metals, gold and critical minerals exploration and development.
Mr Robinson was president of the resources industry advocacy body, the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC) from 2009 to 2019 and was a member of the Australian Federal Government’s ‘Resources 2030’ Taskforce.
Mr Robinson is non-executive chairman of ASX listed gold explorer Hamelin Gold (ASX:HMG) and a non-executive director of Hampton Hill Mining NL.
Mr Peter Bewick

Non Executive Director
Mr Peter Bewick is a geologist with over 30 years of industry experience and a graduate of the Western Australian School of Mines. Mr Bewick held a number of senior roles during a 14 year career with WMC Resources Ltd including Geology Manager of the Kambalda Nickel Operations, Exploration Manager for St Ives Gold Operations and Exploration Manager for the Nickel Business Unit. He also gained international experience whilst at WMC as Exploration Manager for North America based in Denver, Colorado. Mr Bewick has extensive experience in project generation for a range of commodities including nickel, gold, copper and bauxite. Mr Bewick has been a member of the MERIWA Exploration Advisory Committee / College since 2013. Mr Bewick was the Executive Director with Encounter Resources Ltd for 15 years until late 2021 when he moved to the role of non-executive Director. He is currently Managing Director of Hamelin Gold Ltd a position he has held since the Company’s ASX listing in November 2021.
Dr Jon Hronsky OAM
BAppSci, PhD, MAusIMM, FSEG
Non Executive Director
Dr. Hronsky has more than forty years of experience in the mineral exploration industry, primarily focused on project generation, technical innovation and exploration strategy development. Dr. Hronsky has particular expertise in targeting for nickel and gold deposits, but has worked across a diverse range of commodities. His work led to the discovery of the West Musgrave nickel sulfide province in Western Australia. Dr. Hronsky was previously Manager-Strategy & Generative Services for BHP Billiton Mineral Exploration and prior to that, he was Global Geoscience Leader for WMC Resources Ltd. He is currently a Director of exploration consulting group Western Mining Services and an Adjunct Professor at the Centre for Exploration Targeting at the University of Western Australia. Jon is also a non-executive Director of ASX-200 company Paladin Energy Limited and ASX-listed explorer, Caspin Resources. He is also a Partner in Ibaera Capital, a private equity group. In 2019, Dr Hronsky was awarded the Order of Australia Medal for services to the mining industry and in 2023, was awarded the Silver Medal from the global Society of Economic Geologists for excellence in original work in the study of ore deposits.
Mr Philip Crutchfield

Non Executive Director
Mr Crutchfield is a barrister specialising in commercial law. Philip was Non-Executive Chairman of Zip Co Limited (ASX:Z1P) (resigned 2nd March 2021) and is a director of Dreadnought Resources Limited (ASX:DRE) and Hamelin Gold Limited (ASX:HMG).
Mr Crutchfield is the Chair of the Bell Shakespeare Theatre Company. Philip is also a former partner of Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons).
Company Secretary
Mr Kevin Hart

Mr Hart is a chartered accountant and was appointed to the position of Company Secretary on 4 November 2005. He has over 30 years’ experience in accounting and the management and administration of public listed entities in the mining and exploration industry. He is currently a Principal in the Company Secretarial division of the Automic Group. The division specialises in the provision of company secretarial and accounting services to ASX listed entities.
Mr Dan Travers
B.Sc (Hons), FCCA
Mr Travers is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and was appointed to the position of Company Secretary on 20 November 2008. He has over twenty-five years’ experience in accounting, including over seventeen years in the administration of public listed entities in the mining and exploration industry. He is currently an Employee in the Company Secretarial division of the Automic Group. The division specialises in the provision of company secretarial and accounting services to ASX listed entities.
